Bandipora November 24 (KNS) :-Shah-e-Jeelan Public School & Asian Mail Communication jointly held one day Sufi conference at Dak Banglow Sumbal on Thursday. The conference was attended by sufi poets, students and eminent members of the society.
The conference was chaired by Abdul Ahad Farhad, and was accompanied by Senior Journalist India Today Ashraf Wani, Editor in Chief Asian Mail Rashid Rahil , Editor in chief Kashmir News Service Mohammad Aslam Bhat, SDM Sumbal Dr Bashir Ahmad Lone, Food & Supplies President Ajaz Ahmad Khan & chairman of the institution.
During the first phase of the programme Guests inlights Sufi & Sufism in Kashmir & in second phase Sufi Poets represented different poems in the programme.
At the end of the programme awards were distributed among the guests, poets & media persons. (KNS)
