Srinagar, Dec 24 (KNS): Former chief minister and vice president Jammu and Kashmir National Conference Omar Abdullah on Friday condoled the demise of Farooq Ahmed Shah's mother-in-law. 

He expressed solidarity with Farooq Ahmed Shah and other members of the bereaved family while terming the deceased a noble soul.

He prayed for eternal peace to departed soul and courage to members of the bereaved family to bear the irreparable loss.

Omer while taking to a micro blogging site Twitter said, I join my father in sending our condolences to Farooq Shah Sb & his entire family. 

"He lost his mother-in-law yesterday evening. May Allah grant her place in Jannat, he tweeted". (KNS)
