Srinagar, Oct 30 (KNS): Two army soldiers were killed while three others were injured in a land mine blast near the Line of Control in Nowshera sector of Rajouri district on Saturday evening, official sources said here.

Official sources told Kashmir News Service (KNS) that two soldiers including an officer were killed in the mine blast while three others were injured.

They said that the incident took place when the soldiers stepped over a landmine, planted near the LoC, and it went off, resulting in death of two soldiers and injuries to three others.

They said that the injured soldiers have been evacuated to a nearby hospital for treatment. (KNS)
