Anantnag, Feb 13 (KNS): A woman and  and her son were found dead on Saturday morning purportedly due to 'suffocation' in SoafShali village in Kokernag  Anantnag. 

The duo identified as Ishrat Jan Wife of Shabir Ahmad Nahar & her Son Musaib were found dead at their home early this morning, locals told KNS.
Locals shifted them to hospital where doctors declared them brought dead.

Meanwhile a Police official confirmed their death, " We are ascertaining the cause of death.it seems that the trio has died of suffocation." (KNS)
