Srinagar, April 20 (KNS): While extending warm greetings on the auspicious occasion of Eid ul Fitr, President All J&K Shia Association and Senior General Secretary JKPC Molvi Imran Reza Ansari has appealed to celebrate this festival with utmost austerity and simplicity. Muslims across the world are celebrating Eid ul Fitr after the culmination of the Holy Month of Ramadhan.
The Molvi said “ As we celebrate this Eid ul Fitr which marks the end of Ramadhan Month, I hope this festival with its tradition of giving and sharing enriches our lives with a spirit of brotherhood and empathy for the deprived.” He further added that Eid ul Fitr also reinforces our commitment of mutual harmony.
Molvi also prayed for the strengthening of the bond of peace, unity and brotherhood across the globe and in particular in J&K.
Molvi also appealed to the administration to facilitate the public with all the amenities with proper sanitation, adequate water and power supply Including other essentials etc on this pious occasion. He also appealed for a hassle-free transport facility for devotees for smooth movement during prayer times.
On this occasion General Secretary All J&K Shia Association and former MLA Abid Hussain Ansari while greeting people on Eid ul Fitr hoped that this occasion brings peace and happiness to everyone. He also urged the affluent class in society to help those who do not have any resources to celebrate this Eid festival. (KNS)
