Srinagar, Sep 01 (KNS):  Senior Political leader and contesting candidate from Shangus assembly constituency, Advocate Mohammad Syed Khan joined the People's Democratic Party (PDP) along with his supporters today.

As per the statement issued to Kashmir News Service, Advocate Khan was welcomed into the party fold by the party president Mehbooba Mufti, Party Chief Spokesperson Suhail Bukhari and senior party leader and former MLA Aijaz Ahmad Mir.

On the occasion, Advocate Khan said that leadership and ideology of PDP inspired him to be part of the party that is representing the aspirations and sentiments of the people of Jammu & Kashmir.(KNS)
