Srinagar, Sep 21 (KNS): Apni Party Youth General Secretary, In-charge Eidgah Constituency and Corporator SMC Mohammad Ashraf Palpori on Wednesday visited Shaheen Mohalla in Noorbagh where he took cognizance of several ongoing developmental works.

He was also accompanied by works team SMC & zonal Coordinator Eidgah Ghulam Mohd. Bhat, Working Committee Chairman Ghulam Mohd Wani, Halqa President Noorbagh Mohd Lateef Alie, Halqa President Pamposh Colony Imtiyaz Ahmed, Youth Halqa President Noorbagh Mohd Younis Dar and Mohalla President Wani Coacha Ghulam Hasan Dar.

During his visit, Palpori expressed satisfaction over the ongoing work of Community Hall that is being carried out on a war-foot basis to ease the problems faced by the locals of the area.

In a statement issued to Kashmir News Service (KNS), Palpori said that it is his prime motto to serve the people altruistically so as to reinstate their lost faith in public representatives who in the past have only conned them to get benefits for their kith & kin only.

"I have worked day & night to bring a visible change in the area and people are witness to it that I have been at the forefront demanding & asserting for the resolution of their grievances before the competent authorities," he said.

Palpori also visited the ongoing lane and drain work at Shaheen-Mohalla, Noorbagh where people conveyed their gratitude to him for his public centric endeavours across Eidgah Constituency.

He also promised that requisite work shall also commence in Wani Coacha as well where estimations have been taken for necessary action.

The people interacted with him and were apprised about various problems faced by them which he assured will be resolved in a stipulated timeframe.(KNS)
