Srinagar, Nov 23 (KNS): Apni Party Youth General Secretary, In-charge Eidgah Constituency and Corporator SMC Mohammad Ashraf Palpori on Wednesday attended Al-Habib Public School's annual day at Palpora-Eidgah.
He greeted the student on this function and expressed hopes in them to rise and shine in the impending future while taking on the fields they aspire for.
"The children are future of tommorow and their appropriate upbringing remains vital for a bright and prosperous future. Today seeing so much talented youth gives me hopes that we will succeed in bringing about a positive and progressive change," he said.
Taking strong note of rampant drug addiction in the society, Palpori said that we are at crossroads where malicious elements are hellbent to destroy our youth.
"I appreciate the school management and students for choosing drug de-addiction as theme for today's annual day. For surety with such zealous youth I can tell our future is secured but still much more collective efforts are needed to be carried out," he said.
He felicitated the youth in presence of Mayor Srinagar Junaid Azim Mattu who was also invited as guest on this occasion.(KNS)
