Stresses Coordination for Upcoming Religious Observance
Budgam, Jan 12 (KNS) : The Member Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Budgam Aga Muntazir Mehdi conducted an inspection of the ongoing development works at the Markazi Imambargah here on Monday.
During the site visit, the MLA assessed the progress of the renovations and directed officials to ensure timely completion. He expressed satisfaction with the current pace of work and stated that the remaining tasks are expected to be finalized shortly.
MLA Mehdi also underscored the importance of a major religious gathering, a Majlis-e-Aza, scheduled for 25 Rajab to commemorate the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Musa Kazim (A.S.). He emphasized the need for seamless inter-departmental coordination to facilitate the event.

In preparation, the MLA instructed officials from several key departments—including Health, Jammu and Kashmir Police, the Budgam Municipality, and the Public Health Engineering (PHE) Department—to ensure comprehensive arrangements. He directed that all essential services, including health facilities, security protocols, sanitation, and civic amenities, be meticulously maintained for the occasion.
Departmental representatives present at the review assured that their teams would be deployed to manage proceedings smoothly during the upcoming observance. (KNS)
