Srinagar, Mar 08 (KNS): The body of minor boy, who had gone missing from his home in Awoora village of Kupwara district, was found dead on Tuesday morning in the nearby woods, officials said.
An official told Kashmir News Service (KNS) that the body of Talib Hussain (7), of Awoora village was recovered from nearby woods today morning after 20 days since he went missing from his home.
He said that police have already started investigation into the matter as to how the boy has died.
Notably, Talib had gone missing from his home on February 15 when was playing outside. Police had registered an FIR in this regard and had also announced a cash reward for those who share the information about Talib's whereabouts. (KNS)
