Srinagar, June 19 (KNS): Inspector general of police Kashmir zone, Vijay Kumar on Sunday said that militants cannot deter their efforts to bring peace in the Valley by killing innocent civilians, unarmed cops and outside labourers.
Kashmir zone police while quoting IGP on its official Twitter handle said that their counter-militancy operations will continue in all three regions of Kashmir.
IGP added that the counter-militancy operations will continue especially against foreign militants.
“By targeting innocent civilians including women & kids, unarmed policemen & outside labourers, terrorists can’t deter our efforts to bring peace in valley. Our CT operations will continue simultaneously in all 3 regions of Kashmir specially against foreign terrorists,” police tweeted. (KNS)
