Srinagar, Feb 02 (KNS): An unidentified militants has been killed in an encounter that broke out between militants and security forces in Shopian district on Wednesday afternoon, police said here.

An official told Kashmir News Service (KNS), that the encounter broke out in Nadigam village of the district this afternoon.

He said that in the ensuing encounter one unidentified militant has been killed, while operation was going on.
