Srinagar, May 17 (KNS) : Police on Monday morning said that one unidentified militant was on Monday morning killed in an ongoing gunfight in Khonmoh area in the outskirts of Srinagar city

Kashmir Zone Police on it's twitter handle wrote "SrinagarEncounterUpdate: 01 unidentified militant killed. #Operation going on. Further details shall follow".

In an earlier tweet Kashmir Zone Police on it's twitter handle had said "#Encounter has started at Khanmoh area of #Srinagar. Police and security forces are on the job. Further details shall follow. @JmuKmrPolice". (KNS)
