Srinagar, April 12 (KNS): The Union Ministry of Home Affairs on Wednesday held a crucial meeting over ongoing preparations for G20 summit to be held in Jammu and Kashmir and security situation in the Union Territory.
Sources told Kashmir News Service (KNS) that the meeting was held in North Block of the Ministry of Home Affairs and was chaired by Union Home Secretary Ajay Bhalla.
They said the officials also reviewed the progress of developmental projects going on the Union Territory.
Director General of Police Dilbagh Singh, Chief Secretary Arun Kumar Mehta, DG CID R R Swain and other senior officers from J&K attended the meeting.
Jammu and Kashmir is all set to host the G20 meeting from May 22-25. (KNS)
