Srinagar, Nov 23 (KNS): People’s Democratic Party president, Mehbooba Mufti was on Tuesday put under house arrest after she tried to march towards Hyderpora residences of Altaf Bhat & Dr Mudasir Gul in the morning, sources said here.

Sources told Kashmir News Service (KNS) that Mehbooba was supposed to visit Hyderpora today, however, police did not allow and put her under house arrest.

They said that Mehbooba tried to march towards Hyderpora today morning, but she was put under house arrest by the police.

Notably, four persons including two civilians were killed in an encounter in Hyderpora on last Monday evening. (KNS)
