Jammu, Mar 12 (KNS): Director PIB Jammu, Neha Jalali on Thursday said the AI Impact Summit workshop aimed at building the capacity of media persons and helping them understand the practical use of Artificial Intelligence in journalism.
Talking to reporters as per News agency Kashmir News Service-KNS during the workshop, she said the session focuses on how AI tools can assist journalists in daily tasks such as news reporting, editing and translation.
Jalali also highlighted that the programme introduces media professionals to various initiatives taken by the Government of India under the AI Mission to strengthen infrastructure, research and skill development in the field of Artificial Intelligence.

Jalali added that the workshop also familiarizes participants with free translation and linguistic tools available in the public domain, encouraging journalists to use simple AI technologies to improve efficiency and productivity in their work.(KNS)
