Appeals Bank authorities to provide more space

Handwara, Jan 31 (KNS): Residents of the various village of Mawer Qalamabad in Handwara town today appealed to Jammu and Kashmir Bank authorities to provide them the more space at J&K Bank Qalamabad Mawer as the people are facing hardships in the bank as the whole bank is functioning in a single room.

According to the local residents, there are around 60000 bank accounts  and it is witnessing a huge rush every day and the result the elderly persons, womens are facing problems.

The inhabitants of the area told KNS that despite having more than fifty thousand accounts the bank is running in a single room which is giving tough times to the customers.

The traders, fruit growers, and other associations of the area urged Jammu and Kashmir Bank authorities to provide them a new building for the bank  where people will not face the space issues and the bank will run smoothly.

They said that all the counters of the bank are running in a single room and the result the bank staff, as well as people, is facing the issues. (KNS)
