Srinagar, June 12 (KNS): A militant of LeT outfit was killed in a chance encounter in Kreesbal Palpora locality of Sangam in Srinagar district on Sunday evening, police said here.
Kashmir zone police while quoting IGP on its official Twitter handle said that LeT militant Adil Parray of Ganderbal was killed in the chance encounter.
IGP said that Adil who was involved in killing of 02 JKP personnel Gh Hassan Dar in Sangam & Saifulla Qadri in Anchar Soura and injuring a 9 year old girl.
He added that Adil was killed in a chance encounter with a small team of Police. (KNS)
