Kupwara, Jan 17 (KNS) : The Kupwara District Police organized an interaction meeting with retired police personnel today at the District Police Lines (DPL).
In a statement issued to news agency Kashmir News Service (KNS), the police spokesperson said that the session was chaired by Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Syed Al-Tahir Gilani, alongside other senior officers.
The SSP attentively listened to the concerns and issues raised by the retirees. He assured the gathering that all legitimate grievances pertaining to their service and welfare would be thoroughly examined and redressed in accordance with established regulations.

The meeting, conducted in a cordial atmosphere, focused on discussions regarding welfare measures, service-related matters, and post-retirement benefits.
SSP Gilani underscored the value of maintaining continued engagement with retired personnel. He reaffirmed the district police’s steadfast commitment to upholding the welfare and dignity of its veterans.
