Srinagar, Dec 13(KNS): Kulgam Police have attached a single-storied residential house in Chenigam, Frisal, under Section 25 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967 (UAPA). 

The property, registered in the name of Mushtaq Ahmad Bhat, son of Mohammad Akbar Bhat, resident of Chenigam, spans 10 Marlas (Survey No. 293 Min).

The attachment is connected to case FIR No.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel53/2024 of Police Station Yaripora. The operation was carried out with the presence of a police team and the Executive Magistrate to ensure compliance with legal procedures.
