Srinagar, Oct 05 (KNS): ANC President Begum Khalida Shah, Sr VP Muzzafar Shah, General Secretary Mir Mohd Shafi are shocked to hear the news of the dastardly act which snuffed life of one of the most respected son of the soil Makhan Lal Bindroo. 

In a statement issued to KNS, they said that the entire Kashmir is under shock & in grief. "Our heartfelt condolences with the family," they said. 

The GOI should own responsibility on its failure to protect the lives of the citizens. It looks that the system has collapsed & their policy on Kashmir is turning counter productive with every passing day. (KNS)
