The program was decorated with various guests including Deputy Commissioner Bandipora Dr Owias Ahmed, Commanding Officer 14RR Colonel Pranab Joshi, world Kick boxing Champion Tajamul islam Maqsood rana, Actress Ulfat Haroon, Falak Yousif etc
