JKPM submits application for early hearing of Reorganisation Bill case in Supreme Court

 
Srinagar September 19 (KNS): Jammu and Kashmir Propels Movement Party (JKPM) submits application for early hearing of case of Reorganisation Bill of J&K in Supreme Court 

The statement issued to KNS reads that JKPM Senior Vice President Dr M Hussain and Vice President Rohit Sharma submitted application for early hearing of Petitions challenging Reorganization bill of Jammu and Kashmir with Kapil Kak and others.
 
" As Dr Hussain Sahib and Rohit Sharma are front line petitioners in SC and SC authorities enlisted Case for 21st September 2022, JKPM will not let down the aspirations of people of Jammu and Kashmir as we are having high hopes that we will win in SC Inshaallah and we will fight on our own behalf in SC till the verdict will come out," it said.
 
The statement also reads that "in this regard we need moral support from the the sections of Jammu and Kashmir, as people are well aware about the prevailing situations of Jammu and Kashmir and people of Jammu and Kashmir should come forward to help JKPM in this matter as we have no source to continue in the SC."
