JKPM aghast over closed reading rooms at Kashmir University

Srinagar, Dec 08 (KNS): Jammu and Kashmir People's Movement expressed their anguish over the closed reading rooms since August 2019 at Kashmir University.

JKPM said in a statement that University authorities had closed the reading rooms available for students at University Campus since August 2019 and students residing in hostels are facing various problems for their studies. "These reading rooms are meant for students to study and it is very unfortunate that the students of Kashmir University are being pushed to wall by University authorities. These reading rooms should be thrown open for the larger interests of students of Kashmir University," JKPM said.

JKPM urged Kashmir University authorities to open these reading rooms for the convenience of students as early as possible. (KNS)
