Srinagar November 09 (KNS): Jammu and Kashmir Civil Society Forum Chairman has expressed Concern over the power shortage scenario in JK especially in valley.
Chairman Abdul Qayoom Wani said in a statement released here that daily routine in the Kashmir valley has deteriorated due to the ever increasing bad power supply.
