Chennai March 31:(KNS)  JK Tourism  while continuing its aggressive efforts to promote JK as  round the year destination has invoked  big response from this South Indian  metro city which has immense potential for adventure and high end corporate niche tourism segments like GOlf and MICE.

According to a statement issued to Kashmir News Service (KNS), The Tourism team headed by Bakshi Humayun Javed presented the tourism and leisure potential of jk specifically for the South Indian market on the platform of TTF which was inaugurated by Tourism Minister of Tamil Nadu alongwith the Director Tourism /MD of Tamil Nadu Tourism ,Director Tourism for south GOI  for south India ,MD GDMA jk and Director SKICC/MD Golf Development Authority/secretary RSGC  Bakhshi Humayun Javed who gave a detailed presentation about the improved tourism infrastructure of the UT of Jk and  also interacted with the who is who of southern travel trade and travel media.

Director SKICC while replying to questions from the audience briefed them about the summer winter and autumn attraction of jk which are specific the the jk only particularly the Golf and Mice and adventure tourism for which the mountains and world class infrastructure in the respective fields is waiting for the corporate sector of Chennai and for the people of Tamil Nadu ,Mr Bakshi also invited the southern film industry to shoot the Tollywood films in the beautiful landscapes of Jammu Kashmir and he also mentioned about very facilitating film policy of jk which was launched last year by Amir Khan .
