Kupwara, Nov 26: (KNS) Journalist Fraternity Kupwara (JFK) has deeply condoled the demise of a Haji Manzoor Ahmad and Nazir Ahmad Sheikh.

In a condolence message, JFK expressed great shock over the demise of a Haji Manzoor, who was a Labour officer and had been serving people with dedication and devotion.

"His services and dedication to duty shall be remembered and recognized by one and all," reads the statement.

Meanwhile, the fraternity also condoles the demise of Nazir Ahmad Sheikh of Regipora Kupwara who died in a tragic incident at his residence. Fraternity applauded the contribution of Nazir Ahmad towards the education sector in Kupwara and termed his death as a great loss for district Kupwara. Nazir Ahmad was serving as Headmaster Govt. Middle School Mughalpora Kupwara.

JFK conveyed heartfelt condolences to both the families and prayed for peace to departed souls.

Members of the fraternity pray for eternal peace to departed souls and courage to the bereaved families to bear this irreparable loss.

Pertinent to mention that Haji Manzoor was the brother in law of Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha) Mid Mohammad Fayaz and Chairman Municipal Committee Kupwara, Reyaz Ahmad Mir. (KNS)
