Srinagar, Sep 18(KNS): Jammu and Kashmir saw a voter turnout of over 41 per cent by 1 PM in the first phase of assembly polls, which began at 7 AM.

The second phase is scheduled for September 25, with the final phase on October 1. Votes will be counted on October 8.(KNS).
