Srinagar, July 27 (KNS): Jammu and Kashmir Directorate of Family Welfare has been awarded for the exemplary performance in Adoption of Spacing Methods and Healthy Birth Spacing at National Family Planning Summit held today at The Ashok Hotel, New Delhi.
The summit was organized by Ministry of Health and Family Welfare Govt of India and the award was given by Minister of State, Health and Family Welfare, Dr Bharti Pravin Pawar in the presence of Secretary Health and Family Welfare, Rajesh Bhushan, Additional Secretary and Mission Director National Health Mission, Roli Singh and Advisor Family Planning and Maternal Health, Dr S.K Sikdar.
