Srinagar, Jul 08 (KNS): Reaffirming its commitment to people’s well-being and healthcare infrastructure in the region, J&K Bank today provided a life-support ambulance to Government Medical College (Udhampur) as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative aimed at strengthening emergency medical services in Jammu Division.
In a brief ceremony held within the college premises, Bank’s Zonal Head (Udhampur) Vinay Gupta handed over the key of the fully-equipped ambulance to the Principal GMC (Udhampur) Dr. Parmod Kalsotra in the presence of MLA (Udhampur West) Pawan Kumar Gupta, Deputy Commissioner (Udhampur) Sonali Rai (IAS), Medical Superintendent Dr. Sanjeev Gupta, along with other senior functionaries from both the Bank and the Medical College.
