Ganderbal Nov 21 (KNS): Residents of Gangerhama Ganderbal narrated their problems to Former MLA Ganderbal Sheikh Ishfaq Jabbar who visited visited Gangerhama.
He met residents of Gangerhama and enquired about their problems.
Responding to woes of the local residents, the MLA instructed the R&B officials to immediately take up road restoration work, which is in very bad condition.
They said they are panicked to come out of homes due to bad roads and many accidents taking place as vehicles are struck in the mud.
He assured the people that the problems being faced by the residents of Gangerhama will be solved. I have already taken up the issue with the Chief Engineer road and the road will be taken up under NABARD.
The local residents also complained about sanctioning of new transfer and other issues.
Ishfaq Jabbar assured them that all their genuine issues will be taken up with higher authorities and assured immediate redressal.
During the visit he was accompanied by Exen R&B Ganderbal and Municipal Council Ganderbal ward member Bashir Ahmad Koul.(KNS)
