Sopore, Nov 04 (KNS) A motorcyclist from Bandipora, who was critically injured after he met with an accident at Warpora area of Sopore town in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Monday, succumbed to his injuries on Thursday at Srinagar hospital.

An official told Kashmir News Service (KNS) that the motorcyclist identified as Shabir Ahmed Sofi, a resident of Bandipora who was undergoing treatment at Srinagar hospital after being hit by a private vehicle near Warpora on Monday, has succumbed to his injuries today.

He said that after completion of all legal and medical formalities, the body was handed over to his family.

Meanwhile, a police officer said that a case in this regard has been registered and investigation was going on. (KNS)
