Srinagar, July 28 (KNS): Prominent Shia cleric and President Jammu and Kashmir Shia Association Molvi Imran Reza Ansari wishes all the Muslim Ummah a very happy Eid e Ghadeer. The day when the Prophet Mohammad declared "To whom I am Maula Ali is their Maula. " 

Molvi Ansari as per the statement issued to KNS also prayed for the unity of Muslim ummah and also expressed his deep concern and sympathies for the loss of precious lives and damage to the property due to flash floods caused by cloud burst in Kishtwar.

Maulana Imran extended special greetings to the medical fraternity and frontline workers who have been working tirelessly in combating the COVID-19 pandemic and urged people to lend support to the disadvantaged sections of the society on the auspicious occasion of Eid-e-Ghadeer. He also appealed to the people to strictly continue to adhere to the COVID-19 guidelines in view of the third wave. (KNS)
