Uri, Apr 30 (KNS): With an aim to belly up with the locals, CPLs and prominent figures of Uri Tehsil and to celebrate The Islamic holy month of Ramadan to renew focus on spiritual life and its practical application in daily life for one and all an Iftar party was held at Beacon headquarters in north Kashmir's Uri on Saturday.
The event was attended by BDC Chairman Uri Rafiq Bloute, Journalist Nadeem Khawaja Uri, prominent Social activists and officers from Beacon.
Notably the Army in the area is conducted such events to maintain communal brotherhood between the communities which however is being widely hailed by locals.(KNS)
