Srinagar May 26 (KNS): Srinagar Municipal Commissioner Athar Amir on wednesday said vaccination centres have been set up for priority groups. 

In a sideline conversation with reporters, he said, "At the moment we have set up vaccination centre's in the city to identify the priority groups of people, which, include, fruit, vegetable vendors, bakers, butchers, construction workers and transporters," Amir said. 

He also said that SMC is identifying, widows, orphans, people with Comorbidities who are eligible for vaccination. Our target is to reach the maximum number of people falling in the mentioned category, he said. 

Teams have been designated to identify people for vaccination, he said according to KNS correspondent.

In case anyone is missing registration, our officers are identifying them, getting them to vaccination centre's for on spot vaccination, he added.(KNS)
