Srinagar, May 09 (KNS): Former Union Minister and Senior Congress leader on Thursday express my deep sadness on the passing away of Moosa Raza Sahib in Chennai.

In a statement issued here, he said that Apart from being Chief Secretary of the J&K State where he took many steps to reform the administrative system, he built friendships all around and aroused feelings for human values.

He was a man of moderate temperament and was never known for expression of a bad temper. He had a very deep concern for the people of Jammu and Kashmir and he had cultivated many friendships in J&K State, he said.

"I offer my deep condolences to the bereaved family", he added

"I also pray that his soul rests in peace.”(KNS)
