Srinagar, May 01(KNS): Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) national general secretary, Tarun Chugh, the Monday expressed his confidence in the people of Jammu and Kashmir and their support for Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
He said that the recent District Development Council (DDC) elections in the region were a clear indication of the people's desire for change and their trust in the leadership of PM Modi.
Chugh noted that over 5 lakh people voted against the Gupkar Alliance, which was a significant development in the region's politics.
He stated that the BJP had been able to win the hearts of the people of Jammu and Kashmir and that they were hopeful of forming the next government in the region.
Chugh called on the people of Jammu and Kashmir to give PM Modi a chance to serve them, saying that they had already given everyone else a chance.
He highlighted the government's efforts to bring development and progress to the region, and expressed confidence that under PM Modi's leadership, Jammu and Kashmir would see a bright future.
He also said that the people of Jammu and Kashmir have long been yearning for change and progress, and it seems that they are looking to PM Modi and the BJP to provide the leadership they need.(KNS).
