Handwara , April 28 (KNS): Superintendent of Police Handwara Dr GV Sandeep Chakravarthy on Tuesday led a Solidarity Sammelan at District Police Lines Handwara in unity with fellow policemen, doctors, paramedic staff, municipal workers and other Covid-19 workers.
The solidarity Sammelan was held while observing all the social distancing norms and other protocols, reports said.
According to Police spokesman, SP Handwara Dr. G.V.Sundeep Chakravarthy -IPS along with DySP DAR Handwara and officers from CAPF expressed their solidarity with fellow Policemen, Doctors, Paramedic Staff, Municipal workers and other Covid-19 workers in Solidarity Sammelan held at District Police Lines Handwara today while observing all the social distancing norms and other protocols.

SP Handwara thanked all those Coronavirus warriors who without caring about their life are working relentlessly round the clock during this pandemic.
The Police officials were holding play cards in their hands on different themes including one for ASI Harjit Singh of Punjab Police who was assaulted by violators and rendered seriously injured while performing legitimate duties, The police statement said (KNS)
