Green Valley Invitational Football: Kashmir Panther register win over Downtown Heroes

Srinagar November 01:(KNS)   The final match of Green Valley Invitational Football Tournament was held on Monday in G.V.E.I ground. The match was played between Downtown Heroes FC and Kashmir Panthers FC. Both teams displayed a top brand of football. The match was hard fought with both teams getting good chances of scoring.


The high voltage contest entered into penalties, and led the victory of Kashmir Panthers FC over Downtown Heroes FC.


Nazir Ahmed was declared the player of the finals, while as Franklin was declared the player of the Tournament. The match was watched by number of spectators.  M.Y. Wani (Chairman Green Valley) presented momentous among the players.
On the occasion, M Y Wani said that the purpose to conduct the event is to provide a platform to the youth to expose their sports skills. We have been conducting the supports events from long, and we will be conducting the same in future, he said.
He also expressed gratitude to all the participants, guests, media persons and other people to grace the occasion.(KNS)
