Handwara, Oct 08 (KNS): Senior leader and People's Democratic Party (PDP) coordinator Ghulam Nabi Pandithpori on Saturday greeted people on the eve of Eid-e-Milad-un-Nabi (SAW).
In his message on the occasion, the PDP leader said the Prophet (SAW) taught lessons of compassion, mercy, tolerance, and brotherhood to humanity-all of which need to be vigorously inculcated in today’s strife-infested world.
Pandithpori added that amongst all the great gifts bestowed upon mankind by Allah, the birth of the Prophet (SAW) was the greatest and the kindest one. "Almighty Allah sent the Prophet (SAW) as Rehmatal-Lil-Alimeen (mercy to mankind).
People irrespective of caste color and religion can seek guidance from the holy Prophet’s (SAW) teachings as he had a tremendous love for humanity in general and compassion for the poor and needy in particular.(KNS)
