Srinagar May 02 (KNS): The Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) President Ghulam Ahmad Mir Monday felicitated people on Eid Ul Fitr.

In his message,JKPCC President Ghulam Ahmad Mir said Eid Ul Fitr is an auspicious occasion, which is being celebrated after the completion of Holy Month of Fasting (Ramadhan). The occasion is unique, sends a message of compassion, love and respect for each other in the society.

The auspicious occasion of Eid Ul Fitr shall continue to lead people at the path of truthfulness and righteousness, Mir added and hoped that the occasion shall usher in an era of peace, stability and prosperity of the people of J&K & Ladakh.
