Srinagar, Dec 08 (KNS): The Jammu and Congress Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) President Ghulam Ahmad Mir Wednesday expressed grief and anguish over the death of first CDS Gen. Bipin Rawat his wife and team in a tragic helicopter crash in Tamil Nadu.
