Srinagar June 14 (KNS) The J&K Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) President Ghulam Ahmad Mir Tuesday greeted people especially Sikh bretheren on the birth anniversary of Guru Hargobind Saheb sixth Sikh Guru.
Mir said Guru Hargobind Saheb was an apostle of peace, whose teachings shall continue to enlighten the people about good and the evil, right and the wrong while leading them at the path of truthfullness and righteousness.
Mir paid ruch tributes to Guru Hargobind Saheb and prayed for peace and stability.
I hope the auspicious day shall usher in an era of peace and stability, Mir added.
JKPCC President also prayed for prosperity of the people.
Meanwhile JKPCC General Secretary Surinder Singh Channi recalled the selfless services of Guru Hargobind Saheb to humanity.
Guru Ji taught the world to follow the path of truthfulness and serve people irrespective of shade or religion, he said.
