Four army men injured in Kulgam grenade attack: Army 


Srinagar, Jan 27 (KNS): Four army men were injured after militants lobbed a grenade on a Road Opening Party of Army in Shamsipora area of Kulgam district on Wednesday. 

Srinagar based defence spokesperson, Col. Rajesh Kalia told news agency KNS that militants lobbed a grenade on Army's Road Opening Party during the sanitization drill at around 10: 15 am today in Shamshipura area of Kulgam. 

He said that four soldiers sustained splinter injuries and they were provided with first aid.

He said that they have been evacuated to Army’s 92 Base hospital in Srinagar. (KNS)
