Srinagar, Nov 16 (KNS): Former youth president of People's democratic party from Zadibal constituency, Syed Aqeel and an independent Municipal corporator of Kathidarwaza on Wednesday joined the newly formed Democratic Azad party.
"More people are expected to join Democratic Azad Party as the policies and the clean political stature of Mr.Ghulam Nabi Azad are the main attractions to the public. " Said Syed Aqeel, former youth President of PDP Zadibal constituency.
Also, as per the statement, Aagha Syed Mohammad Hussaini, an independent Municipal corporator of Kathidarwaza, joined democratic Azad Party today. Before joining the party formally, Aagha Hussaini had a meeting with the chairman Ghulam Nabi Azad.
"I am delighted to join Azad sahab's newly launched party," Said Aagha Hussaini.
Senior leaders of the party who were present on this occasion included Haji Abdul Ghani, Mr.Mohammad Sayed Shah and Mr.Khalid Tufail.(KNS)
