Handwara, Sep 17 (KNS): In the ongoing District Police Handwara knockout cricket Championship T20 2017, the final of the said tournament was played between Bakhikar Handwara V/S Baramulla eleven at DPL Handwara.
The championship was organised to promote the sports culture, providing opportunity to the youth to show their talent to channelize youth energy.
SSP Handwara was Chief Guest and Com 7 Sector RR DR RAI was Guest of Honour.
In the concluding function, SDPO Handwara Shabir Khan, DSP DR Farooq Ahmad Wani, Police inspectors and respectable citizens of the area were also present.
They enjoyed the nail biting finish of the final match and appreciated the cricketing skills of the youths. (KNS)
