Srinagar, Jan 06 (KNS): Father of senior journalist Sameer Showkin Lone passed away after prolonged illness at his home in Heff Shirmal area of south Kashmir's Shopian district.
Ghulam Nabi Showkin passed away on Thursday evening after a prolonged illness at his home in Heff Shirmal Shopian. Meanwhile, Kashmir News Service (KNS), expressed condolences with the family of deceased and prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul.
"Sadened to hear this news. I express my heartfelt condolences to the family of deceased especially Sameer Lone, and prays for eternal peace to the departed soul," Editor KNS Mohammad Aslam Bhat said. (KNS)
