Handwara, May 27 (KNS): The Editor-in-Chief of News Agency Kashmir News Service (KNS), Mohd Aslam Bhat, has expressed deep sorrow over the passing of Social Worker Ghulam Ahmed Kumar of Village Wadipora, Handwara.
