Karnah, Sept 5 (KNS): In a bid to honour their teachers, the Students of Dream valley educational institute Tanghdar celebrated Teachers’ Day with full fervor in the school, here.
The programme commenced with the paying tribute to the great educationist and former President of India Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan.
The cultural programme was presented by students of the school for their mentors with the idea that students cannot thank their teachers enough in their lives for grooming them. There were Naat reciting, scintillating dance performances on the occassion, the student also entailed by a short assembly including thought, speech on the ‘Role of Teachers’ in shaping the society.
the Chairman of the institution Altaf Maqbool appreciated the students for organizing the programme well. He who is also a teacher through light on phenomenal contribution of teachers in society.
He also quoted Swami Vivekananda “An inspiring Teacher’s influence goes till eternity”. He encouraged students to work hard to come out with flying colours. He also expressed his heartfelt gratitude to teachers for grooming of the students and called them worthy ambassadors of the Institution.
Principal of the school incited students to respect teachers from the core of their heart. he also laid emphasis on the importance of discipline and moral values in school life. (KNS)
