Srinagar June 11 (KNS) : The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference Party President and MP from Srinagar Dr. Farooq Abdullah on Saturday offered floral tributes and Fatiha at the final resting place of the party stalwart Khawaja Ghulam Mohi Ud Din Shah on his 18th death anniversary. 

 

Dr Farooq Abdullah also visited the Shrine of Hazrat Syed Muhammad Mantaqi (RA) at Chattabal Srinagar where he led scores of party functionaries and party workers in offering floral tributes and Fatiha on the occasion. 

 

Among others Party General Secretary Ali Muhammad Sagar, Provincial President Nasir Aslam Wani, Central Zone President Ali Muhammad Dar, Provincial Secretary Showkat Ahmed Mir, Provincial Vice President Syed Tauqeer Shah, YNC Provincial President Salman Ali Sagar, District President Srinagar Peer Afaq Ahmed, GR Naaz, Dr. Syed, Qaisar Jalali, Ghulam Mohi Ud Din Mir also joined the party President in offering tributes and Fateha to the party leader. 

 

In Sarnal Anantnag, Party functionaries visited the graveyard of Fakhr-e-Kashmir Jenab Mirza Muhammad Afzal Beg, where they offered floral tributes and Fatiha at the final resting place of the leader. Those who were present on the occasion include Dr. Bashir Ahmed Veeri, Altaf Ahmed Wani, Abdul Majeed Larmi, Reyaz Khan, Peer Mohd Hussein, DDC Chairman Anantnag M Y Gorsi, Nissar Ah Mir, YNC office bearers. 

 

The commemorative meetings marking the death anniversaries of Mohammad Afzal Beg and Ghulam Mohi Ud Din Shah were also held at Sher e Kashmir Bhawan Jammu. In Jammu Party's Provincialthe party functionaries in paying glowing tributes to the party stalwarts. (KNS)
